Medford Parks was a warden of Terminal Island Penitentiary on Terminal Island. He disliked the Death Match or Death Race so he was replaced with Warden Claire Hennessey. At the end of the Death Race 2 he rises the glass after he see on tv that Carl "Luke" Lucas / Frankenstein kills September Jones with his car.
