Rocco was a mechanic and member of Carl "Luke" Lucas' pit crew along with Goldberg, "Lists" and Katrina Banks. He appears to be a loyal friend to Luke until he finds out that there is an open contract on Luke's life. Rocco decides sabotage Luke's defensive weapons in exchange for the money being paid by Markus Kane. In doing so Luke is nearly killed by a missile fired by Bill "Big Bill". Afterwards Goldberg and Lists suspect Rocco of betraying Luke. Lists takes action and ambushes Rocco by stabbing him in the back of the head in the Showers.
